There are two ways to make payments on a criminal case, in person or by mail. If you elect to pay by mail, you must include the following information:

After your payment has been processed, the receipt will be mailed to you if a self addressed stamped envelope is provided.
If you want to make the payment in person, you are required to have the same information as listed above. By paying in person, you have the option of paying by cash or credit card. If paying by credit card, photo identification is required and the name on the credit card must match.

Where necessary, payment plans can be established to allow defendants to pay for fees and fines over an established time period. In order to apply for a payment plan, you must complete the following two forms:

If you have received a notice or phone call suggesting that you are delinquent on your payments, please contact 254-933-5200 to make the appropriate adjustments. Please have the name of the Defendant/Offender and cause number when you contact the District Clerk’s Office.
