Videoconferencing Scavenger Hunt
Practice for Perfection

Instructions: Work as a team! Each person must complete at least one task. Once you think you have completed the "task", show the "taskmaster" (that's the instructor) and he/she will give you the thumbs up if you have succeeded, and you can place a check-mark in the blank. You do not need to go in order, although the tasks get more difficult toward the bottom. This mission…if you choose to accept it…will only last for 15 minutes, with the goal being to complete all 9! Good Luck!

1. _____ Find the local camera 1 and press with the "pen or puck". Zoom in on an object and adjust the brightness of the picture.
2. _____ Choose a preset view. Move the camera to a new position and save a new preset.
3. _____ Find the local camera 2. Use the remote to move and focus on a new view.
4. _____ Select local camera 3 and the "internal" button. Show a document on the stand.
5. _____ Show the document as a negative and in a different color using the "manual" controls.
6. _____ Find the CODEC/computer in the cabinet.
7. _____ Locate the main power switch (but don't turn it off).
8. _____ Find the VCR and insert an available videocassette. Push play and select local camera 4 to play a portion.
9. _____ Find the audio mixer. Move back to the tablet and increase/decrease volume; mute and unmute.
