Ag & Earth Guidelines for Multi-media Display

 

Each Classroom Project  must include the five steps of the scientific study method: Question, Hypothesis, Methods, Result, and Conclusion.

 Each multi-media display should contain the following components:

1. TITLE

  1. Introduction (What problem are we exploring? Who is working on the project?)
  2. Project Objectives (Simple statements – no more than three - that explain the objectives.)
  3. Materials and Methods (i.e. digital camera, computers, software, GPS unit, visual, data collection sheets, web sites, field trips, water samples, etc.)
  4. Results and Class Discussion (Data may be graphed, charted, or mapped or you may use photos, original artwork, or drawings.  Display your research data and/or the dialog that the data generated creatively! 

P.S. Be sure to identify who discussed the data.)

  1. Conclusions (Brief narrative statement, photo, or graphic.)
  2. References (This may include books, magazines, articles, presentations or discussions with professionals, or web sites.  References should be replicated in professional format.)
  3. Date should be placed in the bottom right-hand corner in small type.
