The Records Division of the Bell County Sheriff's
Office consists of 1 Lieutenant and 3 Clerks. Their responsibilities
include maintaining all records of employees (past and present) of the
Bell County Sheriff's Office and of persons incarcerated or who have been
incarcerated in the Bell County Law Enforcement Center.

In addition, the Records Division
maintains the records and registration of sex offenders for Bell
County. This includes posting information about these persons in the
newspaper and/or on the Internet.
