The Bell County
Sheriff's Office is amendable to citizen comments or complaints
concerning its personnel as either a means of commendation for superior
performance or correcting undesirable behavior in order to improve
service to the community. The Sheriff's Office is equally
concerned about protecting its personnel from the consequences of
wrongful accusations and taking enforcement actions against those who
falsely make accusations.

Citizen Comment and Citizen Complaint forms
are available to any citizen who appears in
person at the law enforcement center or by clicking on the links
below. If you have a comment or complaint, please complete the
appropriate form, sign it and either drop it by the law enforcement center or mail
it to:

Please note that there are two separate complaint forms, one for persons
over 18 years of age and one for persons under 18 years of age.
Both are required to be notarized.
