- MINUTE ORDER #241/10: After due discussion,
upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously lifted the Burn Ban (Order
Restricting Outdoor Burning) effective immediately.
Agenda #2 - Bid for Video Visitation
- MINUTE ORDER #242/10: After due
discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously approved awarding the bid to
Secure Control Systems, LLC for a bid price not to exceed $289,886.88.
Agenda #3 - Bell County Indigent Defense Web
Application
- MINUTE ORDER #242/10: After due
discussion, upon motion
by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner Eddy Lange,
the Court unanimously approved the Statement of Work with Managing to
Excellence Corporation for consultant services for Bell County Indigent
Defense Web Application Management Design and Deployment, copy attached and
made a part hereof.

Agenda #4 - Bell County Jail Management System Selection
Project
- MINUTE ORDER #243/10: After due
discussion, upon motion by Commissioner Tim Brown, second by Commissioner
Eddy Lange, the Court unanimously approved the Statement of Work
with Managing to Excellence Corporation for consultant services for Bell
County Jail Management System Selection Project.
(The Court then went into
workshop session to discuss those items on the workshop agenda with no action
being taken on any item.)
There being no further business, the meeting
adjourned.
