Notice of the Meeting of
the Commissioners Court of Bell County, Texas, for
August 3, 2010
Notice is hereby given that a
regular meeting of the
above named Court will be held at 9:00 a.m., August 3,
2010,
with the
meeting to be held in the COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM, at the
Bell
County Courthouse 101 Central Avenue, Belton, Texas,
to begin on August 3, 2010, at
9:00
a.m.
and continue thereafter until such business of the Court has been completed in accordance
with Article 81.005 of the Local Government Code of the State of Texas. The
following items of business will be discussed, to-wit:

Consider approval of minutes of July 26, 2010.

County Engineer.
- Consider approval of an abandonment and release of utility and drainage easement located in the
Hidden Springs Subdivision.

Personnel.

Consider approval pursuant to Section 34.05 (c) and (d) of the Texas Tax Code of a Resolution Requesting Resale of Property Acquired by the Tax Appraisal
District of Bell County at a Delinquent Tax Sale, on the following property:
- Lot 6, Block 4, Camp Addition (907 Adams) to the City of Killeen, Bell County, Texas, being that property more particularly described in
Volume 2057, Page 70 of the Deed Records of Bell County, Texas.

Consider approval pursuant to Section 34.05 (c) and (d) of the Texas Tax
Code of a Resolution Requesting Resale of Property Acquired by the Tax
Appraisal District of Bell County at a Delinquent Tax Sale, on the following
property:
- Lot 26, Block 207, Original Townsite (820 East Ave. E)
of the City of Temple, Bell County, Texas, being that property more
particularly described in Volume 2964, Page 101 of the Deed Records of Bell
County, Texas.

Consider
status of Order Restricting Outdoor Burning approved on July 12, 2010
effective from July 15 through August 16, 2010.

Consider
approval of request by Belton City Council to approve a Tax Abatement
Agreement with Aspen Air, Inc. that was approved by the Belton City Council
on July 13, 2010.

Agenda items may be
considered, deliberated, and/or acted upon in a different order than set forth
above.
Bell County Commissioners Court
reserves the right to discuss any items in executive (closed) session whenever permitted by the Texas Open
Meeting Act.
